MÖBLER SOM LÅTER

Möbler som låter (Audible Furniture) is a collection of furniture with sound, a study in mechanically produced sound and its application on furniture. The collection consists of a wall mounted cabinet, a rocking chair and a low chair which all make their individual sounds when used.

Möbler som låter (Audible Furniture) is the result of my final thesis where I wanted to combine my competence in the fields of furniture, instruments and design. I have a background in building musical instruments and wanted to challenge and broaden my creative ability by adding yet another medium in to my design process.
